This is Romeo... I love him... And it's because I love him I know he deserves so much more than I can offer him. I rescued Romeo about a two ago, he was heart worm positive and in such bad shape the vet recommended putting him down. I simply could not do that. He has been on the slow kill method for heartworm treatment since then, and is now heartworm free!! Romeo is HUGE, he is a goober, he has almost no aggression with other dogs (big and small), he's not a fan of cats and we would recommend a family with older kids, mostly due to his size and lack of manners. Romeo loves his people, he loves to snuggle with you, play with you (he sounds scary, but really isn't) ... He is a lover. He is a 4-5 yr old pitbull or pitbull American bull dog mix. He can be wild at times, needs work on the leash, he's a brat and will use cuteness to get his way and he can be vocal and he is pure love... He loves his person with every fiber of his being. He is crate trained, mostly housebroke (dang marking), utd on flea/hw prevention, neutered and microchipped. I love his guy, and will only consider the perfect family for him. Romeo is being fostered in Tulsa, his adoption fee is $125.
Sprocket, oh Sprocket... No words can explain how adorable she is. She's a little mixed breed girl, around a year old. She is full of personality and love...Sprocket wants to love and give love so badly, but she is so skittish. She comes for love, but runs back to the security of her crate. Sprocket loves everything (other dogs, cats and kids)!!! She is crate trained, doing excellent on house breaking, UTD on shots, on flea/hw prevention, microchipped and will be spayed. Sprocket is being fostered in Tulsa, her adoption fee is $50.
This little fella is Pugsly, and he is quite a mess. He was pulled from a high kill shelter by a northern rescue. Before transport up north, one of the shelter volunteers took him to the vet, and when he tested positive for heartworms, the northern rescue was no longer able to take him. The shelter volunteer knew that returning him to the shelter was a definite death sentence and reached out to us, as we aren't afraid of this nasty heartworms!! So Puglsly became our little fella. He is a few years old, and is great with most everyone. He has been treated for heartworms, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. This guy is crate trained and does great In the house, though he did try to occasionally mark before surgery. He is now healthy and ready for adoption. His adoption fee is $75. He is located in Sapulpa.
Jasper was born into the rescue. He has been somewhat clumsy, and lacks graceful coordination. He's been this way since birth. We were afraid he may have been born with hydrocephalus, but he's gotten better with age, so it may be more of a mental handicap. He is now a little over a year old, a poodle mix, that is absolutely precious. He's been fully vetted and microchipped. His adoption fee is $125.
Gracie is a sweet little blue APBT girl. She is 9 months old and full of energy. She loves kids and gets along well with other dogs. She chases cats. She is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, HW negative, and microchipped. She has been started on HW/flea/tick prevention. She is working on house breaking and crate training. Her adoption fee is $75. She is located in Tulsa.
Burnie is somewhat of our rescue mascot. He has a whole page dedicated to him. Please check out his story!! Thank you!!
